Investment Minimums

To ensure the level of care and experience our clients expect from our concierge travel services, Journey Mosaic Travel works with a travel investment minimum of $700 per traveler per day, excluding international airfare.

Weather monitoring at both origin and destination
On-call availability while clients are flying for unexpected issues

In Destination Management

Direct communication with hotels to confirm preferences, room requests, amenities, and VIP notes
Adjustments to the itinerary in real time due to weather, closures, or travel delays
Emergency response for lost luggage, missed connections, or unexpected logistical challenges
In-destination support for multi-city trips, coordinating transitions between hotels, drivers, ferries, and flights
Facilitating and monitoring communication with in destination specialists and tour operators

VIP Extras & Luxury Enhancements

Curating celebration touches (anniversaries, milestone birthdays, proposals, etc.)
Designing custom printed or digital travel portfolios and day-by-day itineraries
Coordinating special access: private tours, after-hours museum visits, yacht charters, helicopter transfers
